About

The Continuity Way.

The Continuity Way is Rebecca Albrecht's approach to household preparedness: build the systems you already need for everyday life—food, water, safety, communication, finances, health, and records—and let readiness follow as a natural result.

It started with The Continuity Kitchen, a set of books that help households build a pantry they actually understand and use, so everyday meals get easier and food continuity becomes routine rather than a crisis plan. That same philosophy now extends into the Continuity Binder and the 52-week plan: small, repeatable steps instead of overwhelming, fear-driven prep.

The belief behind all of it: a prepared household isn't the one that owns the most. It's the one that understands, uses, and maintains the systems that keep everyday life moving—and stays capable when life isn't ordinary.
